Nothing fancy to report today,

Yes, I am allowed to say it, just having a normal Saturday is okay, right?

Went to a different ParkRun this morning, close to the ocean in New Brighton.  It was nice doing a different ParkRun route for a change.  My time is still horribly slow, more than 30min, but I have something to work on at least.  If you don’t know what ParkRun is, or has never taken part in one, I encourage you to join one, or start one close to where you are.  You can find more details here. [ParkRun] .  I discovered there are five different ParkRun events in and around Christchurch every weekend.

Then it was “getting stuck into” the garden for the rest of the day.  I have a lot of catching up to do after being away on the trail for so long.  The weeds are mostly under control, but it needs a little work to keep it this way.  The hedges and roses all needs a trim including the Hydrangea’s that are finished for the season as well.  Lots of leaves to pick up, ugh, it is not all done but I made good progress.  I made time to spray the Lichen on the driveway too and perhaps there will be another fence spraying day in the near future.
