Nothing interesting to report today,
I am trying to finish the planning for my up and coming holiday this week. Two main items remaining: travel insurance and European Visa. Making progress with the first, struggling with the second.
Made some calls home to the RSA (Republic of South Africa – not the Royal New Zealand Returned and Services Association) this morning, trying to keep everyone up to date with what is happening. Met with and old work colleague (and friend) from the Leopard for coffee. It was nice to see him and talk a little “shop” for a while. There are some aspects of the Leopard that I really miss and most of all, certain people I don’t get to see anymore. When asked: “Will you ever return to the Leopard?” I had to unfortunately be honest and report that it is highly unlikely. I think I have been out of the “pressure cooker” for far too long now. Not sure how I will ever be able to go back to work, any work?
Returned the trailer I borrowed for the past week too. Getting better at reversing that thing, but I am still no expert. I am still waiting for the invoice in the mail Clint…
