Yes, stepping back from organising and emails,
Sure it might seem like I am on holiday this whole year, but I still need time away to take a break here and there. The weather outside is terrible today so why should I not stay in bed the whole day, catch up on computer games, binge watch a TV series in the background, have a pizza delivered and just BE (lazy) in this moment. The plans I had were cancelled and no one is coming over for a visit right?

These type of breaks are as important as any other “type”of day..
Be it a working, excersice, out with friends, etc, etc..
Me, Myself and I time.. a step away from “reality” and just be “numb” with no sudden movements whatsoever “-)
