Because some of you asked, and because I want to share,

I watched a pretty powerful video on the weekend that I would like to share with you.  The meditation retreat I am going to join in Denver, Colorado is a “Week Long Retreat” by Dr Joe Dispenza.  You can find more information about him and his work here: Dr Joe Dispenza.  The video I would like to share is called “Source” and is about some of the results they received and logged during other previous retreats / events.  The trailer for the video is here: Source and on the independent website here: Source.  I was invited to watch the complete video for free and please I don’t expect any of you to pay the 15$ charge to watch the whole thing.  If you are interested, just watch the trailer and if you want to watch more, it is up to you.  This is my blog, not for profit and certainly not to sell Dr Joe to any of you.

The aim for me is simply to share my experience about what mediation means to me and the teachings I am drawing from.  I will be the first to say that as an engineer, I am skeptical about certain things in his teachings, but from a past experience realise how powerful the mind can be.  It seems strange, as kids in school we learn so little about our own mind, how to master the use of it and how, if left alone, the body becomes the mind.

That is all for today.  I have cleaned out my study properly and am just about done.  It was a real mess in there, and now all the paperwork is in order and up to date, neat and tidy.  Not to mention easy to find.  My computer is also back in the study and both my printers are working from the WiFi.  I am also changing things in the lounge, so now my yoga tools are here in the study with me.

  1. I’m very skeptical about most things..

What I do know.. Is that the mind is a powerful thing indeed!

And yup.. school at my age.. taught us absolutely nothing!

Clearing out a space is always good for the soul..
It clutters one’s mind without really realizing it, until it is done..
    Re like your study “-)

    • I think we all have to remain skeptical at times. There are so much rubbish around and one can get caught up so quickly. Stop and think, have a hmmm moment.
