Woke up feeling like mould,
I would like to say that I wished this didn’t happen, but it was bound to and it is probably a better time now than while I am on my trip a week or two from now. I had a slightly scratchy throat before going to bed last night, but this morning I woke up knowing that I was ill with all the telltale signs of flu. The rapid antigen test suggests I do not have Covid, but I feel pretty miserable and I will be staying in bed.
Meditation is extremely hard when you are ill, your body and head are aching and you are running a fever… ugh.
