Now it is time for all the small (mostly heavy) stuff,
Today I am packing my hand luggage for my upcoming trip. I have so much to include in my hand luggage, ugh, it’s not funny. I sincerely hope it doesn’t get weighed at any of the airports because it will be an epic fail. Including my computer, a spare drive, other electronics, all the power supplies and adapters, toiletries and a day’s clothes I am certainly over the 7kg limit. Come to think of it, it might possibly be heavier than my Te Araroa trail backpack… I am honestly too scared to weigh it.
Copies of all the data I need- and will take with is also complete. Wow. How did I managed to do all of this while I had a full time job? I also had a quick visit to the doctor today, just to see if anything else can be done to shake this illness / cough. So annoyed with my body at the moment.
I also made some calls to “important” people in my life. Making sure my accommodation is still good and just to catch up with other loved ones. One never knows when it might be your last time “with” them. Remember, appreciate every moment.

I wish I was not the one packing all “that” too… ugh, epic fail trying to pack lite. What was I thinking?
