Started to confirm arrangements to be back on the trail on the 21st of November,

I will take the scenic train to Picton and then the ferry across the Cook Strait to Wellington.  From there I will restart the trail walking north for at least a month.  (all going well)  I spend half the day just looking, reworking and loading the data to my Garmin.  I forgot how much work this is, planning for the trail, understanding the trail guide, making accommodation bookings and working out where I will be and when.  And I have not even started getting my gear ready or sending “provisions” to places ahead on the trail.  If you have some internet savvy and is interested, you can follow me on my Garmin site here: https://share.garmin.com/PhilipNZ.  For the moment I am close to home but scroll around a little, you will get the hang of things.
Continuing with the other tasks, also spending a little time in the garden still.  Very hot today, so only in 30 minute stints and I have most of the house open and airing.  Were looking at paragliding too but Taylor’s Mistake just kept on teasing us with the NWer high up dominating the scene.  I wish I could shake this jetlag and get myself into the right time zone.  At the moment I an not only sleeping during weird times, but the Haaikie is also asking for food during the night… and he still doesn’t understand the fact that he hasn’t had a coke since South Africa.  I feel like I could really do with one.

Nice meditation with Emily to finish off the day before going to bed, or so I hoped… laying awake till 3am.  Ugh.

I started off by requesting your location .. LOL

Still in hope of a Tandem flight with Rob .. have not heard from him ..

Poor Haaikie .. I think you can allow him one coke a week – shame man ‘-)

Your Jetlag will get sorted – I think Clint mentioned to me it took close to two weeks for him ..

You are starting to get back on track with your meditation – just be patient with yourself ..

Not so much laying awake till 3am – but awake @ 3am every morning (before the tweety birds can even try) – ugh – I think I have work Jetlag …

    • Easy on those requests. It will update automatically when I am travelling. Remember that I pay for each of those requests.
About your tandem, Hermanus do not work often on a weekend, especially going into the summer unfortunately. Crossing fingers.
LOL, you living with the tweety birds…
