Not going to fly today,
For some reason I still don’t sleep very well during the night and this morning the Haaikie is also fiddling around with the emergency exit button in my tummy. Perhaps I am still not settled after all the travels, or perhaps the heat is taking more of a toll than I expected. Better play it safe and stay around home today.
The weather was also predicted to be a little funky today, but it will probably be much better, later in the day. I spent my time taking an extra snooze (while it is a little cooler too). Writing some updates to the blog, downloading some video’s, going for a swim in the lake and catching up on some reading. Had a quick look at some of the meditation literature as well, to refresh my memory.
Nothing else to report, apart from having a great time, being really relaxed and thankful for my abundance.

You have had so many involuntary changes to your regular diet in the last few weeks (airline food, croissants, friends home cooking, cafes), that it is not surprising the Haaikie is starting to revolt.
Yes, but he seems to be okay in the end. You know how over-dramatic he can be… Ugh!
