The large duffle bag is ready to go,
Yes, after cleaning and checking all my paragliding gear, trying not to forget anything, it is all packed and ready to go. Paragliding is multiple parts of my upcoming trip and needs a little attention too. I don’t want to get to the launch site in France and realise I left my helmet in a different time zone… LOL. I made sure all the digital maps are loaded, airspace details on my vario is up to date, power banks are charged and my helmet, including visor, is clean. Most importantly, making it all fit into my paragliding duffle bag / rucksack and ensuring nothing gets damaged by the airline [hopefully] was the real challenge.
Things are starting to come together I think… My yoga mat and small meditation pillow to be used while I am at the retreat are also successfully crammed into my paragliding rucksack. Other uneventful things on today’s list were doing final bits of laundry (making sure the hamper is empty when I leave, a trip to the supermarket for some last minute chockies (never can have too much) and cleaning the guest bathroom one last time.
