Rest, trying to sleep.

I don’t know why this time the jetlag is so hard to deal with,

Perhaps it is because I do not have a workplace or routine to get back to?  Maybe I slept far to well on the airplane on the way here?  Or I am too relaxed and my body is just not phased at being awake after the sun has gone down.  All I know, it is extremely annoying.

I managed to hang the last of the laundry and get it dry, unpacked everything back into place so that I can truly say the I am unpacked and started up the computer to look at NZ stuff, Te Araroa and emails.

I also managed to get out to Sumner tonight to say hi to the ocean (over here) and join a meditation group.  It was an interesting session, funky stuff happened that I have not experienced for a while.  Don’t hold you breath stupid…

  1. You need some time to chill and relax and just breathe – a lot went on in the last couple of months – so try not to be to annoyed with yourself ..

Happy to read that you got to do some meditation – as for the funky stuff – hope it did not make sad ..”-)
