Hmmm, some mornings I still do not know where I am or what I have done,
Who decided to go on this walking trip thingy… who authorised this physical abuse and which manager approved it. Seriously… why can I just not stay at home, do nothing, get depressed and (stay) fat… Ugh, time to get up and out of bed.
I made a run to Yaldhurst to check in on an old friend and picked up a little snack on the way home for some other friends. Soon after C&C arrived, sitting down for a catchup, a cup of coffee and a snack. Thanks guys for visiting, it was wonderful to see you both. With all of this done, a cracked on in the garden a little before meeting up with Emily for a meditation.
It was a wonderful meditation session, one that I have not done before. It feels great to spend some time with the energy centres, feeling each of them and… shake shake shaking off some of the unwanted tension (I obviously do not need). Back home, my guests were back from their other adventures, so we hit the road to Sumner Beach to celebrate a birthday (Happy Birthday Bee) with an ice-cream and a walk to the clock tower. Great times in good company.

The who’s, the why’s – I really sometimes do not like “them” – ugh ..
The day ended well though it seems ‘-)
Hope all good with your old friend ..
Most of the “who” is indeed the Hamster and most of the asking “why” belongs to the Haaikie to be honest.
