The humble Focaccia

Bread, 
Such a simple delight and most certainly one of the things I will miss while on the trail.  Once a month I go for my barber’s appointment on the other side of town and get to stop by the Bellbird for a freshly baked Focaccia.
The highlight of my day, fresh bread, butter and cheese. Yum.
